This review is of Jimi's Weight Control programme, which includes 4 - one hour sessions. I cannot emphasise enough how much these sessions have improved my understanding of the whole subject and (without concious effort or realisation) have radically changed my eating habits. After trying out various faddy and apparently sensible "diet" regimes over the past 10 years, my weight has dropped by nearly 2 stone in the 3 months since completing her programme and is now steady at just under 14 stone, which I am very happy with.
